- HOURS:
- Office hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time) on weekdays. Please call or fax your orders in by 4:30 PM if possible as we perform daily computer maintenance at the end of each day. Orders over the Web are taken 24/7.
- $50 MINIMUM ORDER:
- Free next day delivery is for orders of $50 or more. A $5.00 small order charge will apply to all orders less than $50.00 (an exception is made for add-on orders for the same delivery).
- RUSH DELIVERIES:
- Courier charges will apply to all deliveries made by couriers.
- RETURNS:
- Returns (in original container) must be made within 30 days of purchase for full credit. Returns made after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Plug-in items that are subject to manufacturers warranty become a warranty issue for the manufacturer after 5 days.
- LATE PAYMENTS:
- Invoices not paid within 30 days will be subject to a 1.5% service charge per month or 18% annually. Accounts over 90 days past due will be C.O.D. until past due amounts are paid in full.
